Jag blir ett as av att träna

Att träning förändrar ens liv fysiskt, det vet alla, men att man ändras psykiskt också kanske inte alla riktigt vet. Jag är i alla fall ett klockrent exempel på detta. När jag inte tränar äter jag onödigt, tycker synd om mig själv och tycker att det mesta är jobbigt. Dock blir jag inte ett as på grund av det, men det blir jag när jag tränar. I alla fall inne i mitt huvud. Jag vill det inte, men det bara blir så. När jag börjar träna får jag smått ortorexi (allt ska vara nyttigt som man äter och man tränar nästan ohälsosamt. Dock är jag inte så), och jag börjar döma alla andra. Jag börjar tänka på vad all mat innehåller, vad alla andra stoppar i sig, hur folk gör gymövningarna fel och hur folk borde skaffa skoinlägg för att deras steg är fel och att de då borde ha ont i knäna och ryggen. Jag vill inte tänka så, men det bara blir så. Dessutom kan jag inte påstå att jag är någon slags gymexpert. Snarare tvärt om.

Det jag vill komma fram till är att det helt enkelt inte är hälsosamt för mig att träna. Rent fysiskt kanske det är det, men psykiskt vet jag inte riktigt. Det är inte så att jag var i riskzonen för att få en smått ätstörning för något år sedan då mina krav på mig själv är alldeles för höga. Nej då, inte alls…
