Förra några veckor sedan ringde jag till Tele2 och frågade när mitt snabba modem skulle komma, och då svarade de att den troligtvis skulle skickas veckan som kom. Jag passade även på att se till så att de hade rätt adress till mig, som de självklart inte hade, så att de skulle skicka modemet till rätt adress eftersom de skickade det första till fel. Jag har nämligen mobilt bredband, men det snabba modemet jag beställde fanns inte på lager, så de skickade mig ett långsammare som jag kunde använda under tiden. Veckan kom och inget modem hade kommit.
Förre veckan ringde jag tillbaka till Tele2 och frågade var mitt modem var egentligen, och då svarade de att de skulle skicka den i slutet av veckan. Som plåster på såret för det långsamma modemet fick jag en fri månad. Jag såg dessutom till att de skulle skicka modemet till rätt adress. I slutet av veckan hade inget modem kommit.
Idag ringde jag tillbaka till Tele2 och frågade vart mitt modem var någonstans. Då svarade de att de hade skickat ut det. Efter att dem otroligt trevliga killen jag pratade med hade ringt upp mig två gånger eftersom han var tvungen att gå iväg för att kolla upp vad som hade hänt med modem, berättade han att han kom med ”förhoppningsvis goda nyheter” – de hade skickat modemet till Tyresö Strand, och jag kunde gå dit ikväll och hämta det om jag ville. Tyresö Strand är min gamla adress. Alltså ungefär 60 mil åt fel håll. Han sa då att de skickar ett nytt modem som ska komma till rätt adress i början av nästa vecka. Dessutom frågade jag om det stod att jag skulle få en fri månad. Det gjorde det så klart inte. Snäll som han var lade han dock till det.
För att sammanfatta det här – hur dumma får de bli egentligen!? Skicka mitt modem till fel adress. Inte en gång utan TVÅ gånger! Och att de sedan försökte lura mig på en månadsavgift. Av någon anledning är jag inte direkt glad på Tele2 nu, och jag skulle bli förvånad om mitt modem faktiskt skulle komma i början av nästa vecka, men de kanske har förstått att jag har flyttat nu, eller?
