Har Spanien vunnit i andras historia?

Är det bara jag som stör mig på att sportreportrarna säger: ”Spanien vinner VM för första gången i landets historia”? Det är väl självklart? Det är ju inte om att det är Spanien vinner första gången i den spanska historien, men om man istället tittar på till exempel den svenska historien har Spanien vunnit VM flera gånger. Varför inte bara säga att Spanien nu har vunnit VM för första gången? Mycket enklare och inga missförstånd…
